Help coordinate categories, schedule activities, liaise with exhibitors, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Setup & Breakdown Crew
Help set up tables, displays, and signage the day before, and assist with packing up after the show ends.
Friday evening + Sunday evening
Event Stewards
Welcome visitors, answer questions, direct traffic, and help maintain a friendly atmosphere throughout the day.
2-4 hour shifts on event day
Catering Assistants
Help serve refreshments, prepare sandwiches and cakes, manage the tea room, and keep visitors well-fed.

Sideshow Operators
Run fun activities like tombola, plant stall, raffle, children's games, or craft demonstrations.

Display & Decoration
Create beautiful displays, arrange flowers, design signage, and help make the venue look spectacular.

Photography & Media
Capture memories of our inaugural show, take photos of winning entries, and document the event for posterity.

Help organize live music, performances, demonstrations, or children's entertainment to keep the atmosphere lively.

Entry Desk & Cashiers
Welcome exhibitors, check in entries, collect fees, handle raffle tickets, and manage the entry process.
Morning shifts on event day
Prize & Awards Team
Prepare prize rosettes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, arrange the awards ceremony, and present prizes to category winners.
Event day (judging + awards ceremony)
Parking & Access
Help manage parking areas, direct vehicles, assist with accessibility needs, and ensure smooth traffic flow.

Do I need experience?
Not at all! We provide training and support for all roles. Your enthusiasm and willingness to help are what matter most.
How much time do I need to commit?
It's completely flexible! Whether you can help for just 2 hours or the full day, every contribution is valuable and appreciated.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and a positive attitude! We'll provide any necessary equipment. Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended for active roles.
Can I volunteer with friends or family?
Absolutely! Volunteering together is a great way to make the experience even more enjoyable. Let us know when you sign up and we'll try to schedule you together.
Will I still be able to enjoy the show?
Yes! Most volunteer shifts are 2-4 hours, giving you plenty of time to explore the exhibits, enjoy refreshments, and soak up the atmosphere.
