ℹī¸Important Information

  • â€ĸ All entries must be grown/made by the exhibitor
  • â€ĸ Entry fees: ÂŖ2 per entry (Children's classes are FREE!)
  • â€ĸ Maximum 2 entries per person per class
  • â€ĸ Entry deadline: 31 August 2026
  • â€ĸ Entries must be staged between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM on show day
  • â€ĸ Judging takes place from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • â€ĸ Prizes: Rosettes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each class; Best in Show trophy and category awards
  • â€ĸ All produce should be clean and properly presented
  • â€ĸ Children's entries must be submitted by a parent/adult with the child's name provided
  • â€ĸ You will receive email confirmation within 24 hours
  • â€ĸ By entering you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to essential cookies required for the website to function
  • â€ĸ The organisers reserve the right to change, cancel or merge individual classes
  • â€ĸ In the event that the organisers need to cancel the show for any reason, liability will be limited to the value of entry fees paid, which will be refunded in full
