Quick answers to common questions
Q: When is the entry deadline?
A: All entries must be submitted by 31 August 2026. Late entries cannot be accepted.
Q: Can I enter multiple items in the same category?
A: Yes, you can enter up to 2 items per person in each specific class within a category.
Q: Do I need to be a resident of Callow End to enter?
A: No, the show is open to everyone regardless of where you live. We welcome all gardening enthusiasts!
Q: When do I pay the entry fees?
A: Entry fees (£2 per entry) are payable on the day when you bring your entries for staging.
Q: What if I can't collect my entry on the day?
A: Please arrange for someone else to collect your entry and any prizes. Items left after 5:00 PM may be disposed of.
Q: Are there categories for beginners?
A: All our categories are open to gardeners of all skill levels. We encourage beginners to participate!
